As a key member of our Development department, you will play a critical role in cultivating and stewarding our valued donors to support our mission of improving child health.   1. Cultivate and steward relationships with donors and stakeholders to support the organization's mission of improving child health.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and solicit potential donors.
  3. Create and maintain a portfolio of donors, ensuring timely and personalized communication and stewardship.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the Development department to create and execute fundraising campaigns and events.
  5. Conduct research on potential donors and stakeholders to identify their philanthropic interests and capacity to give.
  6. Represent the organization at fundraising and community events, effectively communicating its mission and impact.
  7. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's programs and services to effectively communicate the impact of donations.
  8. Work closely with the finance department to accurately track and report on donor contributions.
  9. Develop and implement donor recognition programs to acknowledge and steward donors at all giving levels.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling materials and messaging for donor outreach and stewardship.
  11. Maintain up-to-date and accurate donor records in the organization's database.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in donor relations and fundraising to continuously improve and enhance strategies.
  13. Uphold the organization's values and mission in all interactions and communications with donors and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nonprofit Management, Communications, Or Marketing.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Donor Relations Or Fundraising, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Nonprofit Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fundraising Principles, Donor Stewardship, And Gift Acknowledgment Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Donors, Colleagues, And Community Partners.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Fundraising Goals And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
