1. Perform dialysis treatments on patients with kidney disease according to established protocols and procedures.
2. Monitor and assess patient response to dialysis treatment, including vital signs, intake and output, and overall well-being.
3. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments, progress, and any interventions.
5. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
6. Keep up-to-date with current trends and advancements in dialysis technology and practices.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members to provide education and support regarding dialysis treatment.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with dialysis equipment.
9. Assist with patient transportation and positioning during dialysis treatments.
10. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and their families.
11. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
