- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to engage and build relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and volunteers.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify community needs and resources.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, and programs to promote community engagement and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for community engagement efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between Cincinnati Children's and community partners to foster open communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a database of community partners and resources for easy reference and tracking.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community members, volunteers, and organizational leaders.
- Create and distribute promotional materials to raise awareness of community engagement initiatives and events.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of community engagement activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop messaging and materials that align with Cincinnati Children's mission and values.
- Stay up-to-date on current community trends and needs to inform future engagement strategies.
- Represent Cincinnati Children's at community events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the organization's mission.
- Foster a culture of volunteerism and service within the organization by identifying and promoting volunteer opportunities for staff.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and manage a community engagement budget.
Bachelor's Degree In Community Development, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Community Engagement Or Outreach, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of And Experience With Community Resources, Organizations, And Partnerships In The Cincinnati Area.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Engage Diverse Stakeholders.
Proven Project Management And Event Planning Skills, With The Ability To Plan And Execute Community Engagement Initiatives.
