10. Maintain accurate records and reports of community engagement activities and outcomes.
11. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop messaging and materials that align with Cincinnati Children's mission and values.
12. Stay up-to-date on current community trends and needs to inform future engagement strategies.
13. Represent Cincinnati Children's at community events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the organization's mission.
14. Foster a culture of volunteerism and service within the organization by identifying and promoting volunteer opportunities for staff.
15. Collaborate with team members to develop and manage a community engagement budget.
