Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator - Psychiatry at Cincinnati Children's. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of research studies related to child and adolescent psychiatry. This position requires a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in nursing, psychology, or a related field, and at least two years of experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical research setting. Experience in coordinating clinical research studies, working with human subjects, and IRB submissions is also required. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping children and adolescents, and will have a strong commitment to advancing clinical research.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a variety of research studies related to child and adolescent psychiatry.
  2. Recruit and oversee human subjects for clinical research studies.
  3. Ensure compliance with clinical research protocols and IRB submission requirements.
  4. Coordinate with other team members to ensure research studies are conducted in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of research studies.
  6. Set up and manage research databases.
  7. Analyze and interpret research data and prepare reports for review.
  8. Participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices in the field.
  9. Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  10. Provide support to investigators and other research personnel.
