  1. Manage clinical research studies: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of clinical research studies according to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
  2. Coordinate study activities: Work closely with study sponsors, investigators, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of study tasks.
  3. Ensure compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines, protocols, and standard operating procedures to ensure the safety and protection of study participants.
  4. Maintain study documentation: Maintain accurate and organized study files, including informed consent forms, study protocols, and regulatory documents.
  5. Recruit and screen participants: Identify and screen potential study participants according to eligibility criteria, and assist with the recruitment process.
  6. Collect and analyze data: Collect, record, and analyze study data using appropriate methods and tools, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Communicate study updates: Provide regular updates to investigators, sponsors, and other team members on study progress, issues, and results.
  8. Assist with budget and resource management: Monitor study-related expenses and assist with budget planning to ensure efficient use of resources.

  12. Stay updated on industry developments: Stay informed about new developments and trends in clinical research, and apply this knowledge to improve study processes and procedures.
  13. Uphold ethical standards: Maintain the highest ethical standards in all aspects of study conduct and ensure the protection of human subjects.
  14. Represent the organization: Serve as a representative of Cincinnati Children's in interactions with study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Proficiency In Computer Applications And Data Management Systems Commonly Used In Clinical Research.
