  1. Provide direct care to children and adolescents with behavioral health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.
  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
  4. Implement therapeutic interventions and techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
  7. Educate patients and their families about mental health and behavioral wellness, and provide resources for continued support.
  8. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and treatment strategies.
  9. Stay current on industry developments and research in the field of pediatric mental health.
  10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, as well as hospital policies and procedures.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
  12. Serve as a role model and mentor for other staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing and implementing best practices.
  14. Act as an advocate for pediatric mental health, both within the hospital and in the community.
  15. Continuously strive to provide the highest level of care and support to patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Psychology, Counseling, Or Social Work

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Behavioral Health Setting

  • Licensure As A Mental Health Professional In The State Of Ohio

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Techniques And Interventions

  • Ability To Work With A Diverse Population, Including Children And Families From Various Backgrounds And Cultures.
