
Behavioral Health Specialist
At Cincinnati Children's, we are looking for a Behavioral Health Specialist to bring a positive, caring attitude and a passion for helping children in need to our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, as well as experience working with children and families in a clinical setting. They should possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive behavioral health services to children and families in a clinical setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate clients and families on mental health issues and available resources.
- Remain up-to-date on advances in the field and best practices.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
