  1. Provide compassionate care to patients with behavioral health concerns, helping to improve their quality of life and well-being.
  2. Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the best course of treatment for each individual patient.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  4. Utilize evidence-based strategies and interventions to address behavioral health concerns and promote positive outcomes.
  5. Build rapport and establish a trusting relationship with patients and their families to facilitate effective treatment.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  7. Serve as a resource and support for patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  8. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on advancements in the field of behavioral health.
  9. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care and treatment.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by collaborating with team members and promoting a culture of respect and diversity.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably Working With Children And Families.

  • Licensure Or Certification In A Relevant Field (E.g. Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Etc.).

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices In Behavioral Health, Such As Cognitive Behavioral Therapy And Trauma-Informed Care.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Effectively Engage With Patients And Families.
