- Provide compassionate care to patients with behavioral health concerns, helping to improve their quality of life and well-being.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the best course of treatment for each individual patient.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Utilize evidence-based strategies and interventions to address behavioral health concerns and promote positive outcomes.
- Build rapport and establish a trusting relationship with patients and their families to facilitate effective treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Serve as a resource and support for patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on advancements in the field of behavioral health.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care and treatment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by collaborating with team members and promoting a culture of respect and diversity.
Master's Degree In Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably Working With Children And Families.
Licensure Or Certification In A Relevant Field (E.g. Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Etc.).
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices In Behavioral Health, Such As Cognitive Behavioral Therapy And Trauma-Informed Care.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Effectively Engage With Patients And Families.
