Accounts Payable Representative

Cincinnati Children's is searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Representative who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Responsibilities:

1. Process invoices and payments according to company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain accurate and complete financial records in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
3. Reconcile accounts payable transactions with vendors and internal departments.
4. Resolve vendor inquiries and payment discrepancies.
5. Prepare and submit payment requests and other documents in a timely manner.
6. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
7. Prepare and provide accurate and timely financial reports.
8. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial documents.
9. Maintain confidentiality of financial and other sensitive information.
10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
