- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict demand for our services and products.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights on market trends and customer needs.
- Analyze data and make recommendations for resource allocation to meet demand.
- Create and maintain staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all client and customer needs.
- Monitor and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize workforce utilization.
- Continuously improve and refine demand planning processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on demand forecasting and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for managing peak periods and unexpected fluctuations in demand.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in workforce management and demand planning.
- Train and mentor team members on workforce management and demand planning processes and tools.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance regulations.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective coordination and communication.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support overall company goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on resource allocation and demand planning strategies.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management Or Demand Planning.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Forecasting Techniques.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Multiple Teams And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Workforce Management Software And Tools, Such As Kronos Or Workday, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
