  3. Monitor and evaluate third party relationships to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of third party risk assessments, audits, and remediation efforts.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and address any identified risks or issues.
  6. Stay informed of industry regulations, best practices, and emerging risks related to third party risk management.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on third party risk management, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  8. Conduct regular training and awareness sessions to educate employees on third party risk management and their role in mitigating risks.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with third party vendors and partners to foster effective risk management.
  10. Proactively identify areas for improvement in current risk management processes and make recommendations for enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles: A Third Party Risk Management Analyst At Cigna Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Methodologies, Including Risk Assessment, Monitoring, And Mitigation Strategies.

  • Experience In Third Party Risk Management: Candidates For This Role Should Have Previous Experience In Third Party Risk Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Insurance Industry. This Includes Experience In Conducting Due Diligence, Vendor Selection, And Contract Negotiation.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Cigna Is A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Third Party Risk Management Analyst Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements Related To Third Party Vendors. This Includes Knowledge Of Laws Such As Hipaa, Gdpr, And State-Specific Regulations.
