  1. Perform risk assessments on third-party vendors and partners to identify potential security and compliance risks.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Communicate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address any potential risks related to third-party relationships.
  6. Provide regular reports and updates on third-party risk management to senior management.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in third-party risk management.
  8. Conduct regular audits of third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain a risk register to track and document all identified risks.
  10. Develop and deliver training programs for employees and third-party partners on risk management practices.
  11. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all third-party contracts and agreements include necessary risk management provisions.
  12. Participate in incident response and mitigation efforts related to third-party risks.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's third-party risk management program.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to third-party risks.
  15. Promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Third Party Risk Management.

  • Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing Risk Mitigation Strategies.
