Job Description

Provide technical leadership on the initiatives underway within OIA to evolve AI, ML, IDP, Conversational AI and Robotics capabilities. Drive initiative related to exploration and POC of new products in the field of intelligent automation. Drive short and long term resolution of production issues on the solution/code and automation platform. Organize and participate in various agile ceremonies of the team. Develop process/models to establish a balance between stability and speed to market to deliver new capabilities into production. Improve the emergency response procedures of production issues. Drive inclusion of nonfunctional requirements into the solutions being designed. Managing a team accountable for monitoring, health check, issue reporting, issue triage, incident management and reporting for all production robots. Partnering with multiple delivery leads to plan onboarding (go-live) of Automation solutions into production.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working on Intelligent automation products like Blue Prism, Pega Robotics

  • Experienced working with cloud services

  • Comfortable working in dynamic, high pressure environment to meet target dates for deliverables

  • 10+ years of progressive experience working in business and IT organizations combined

  • Experience with fast-paced start-up software development environments
