  1. Conduct thorough analysis of complex systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and effective solutions to enhance organization's systems and processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
  4. Utilize technical expertise to design, test, and implement system changes and upgrades.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend innovative solutions.
  7. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  8. Mentor and train junior systems analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve systems and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  12. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Provide regular updates and reports on project status to leadership.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or issues.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for systems and processes within the organization.
  16. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the systems analysis team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Systems Analysis: A Systems Analysis Senior Advisor At Cigna Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Performing Systems Analysis And Designing Technical Solutions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Business Processes: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Cigna's Business Processes, Including Claims Management, Member Services, And Provider Network Management.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Technologies: The Role Requires Proficiency In A Variety Of Technologies, Including Sql, Data Modeling, Business Intelligence Tools, And Project Management Software.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Advisor, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills To Guide And Mentor A Team Of Analysts And Developers.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders And Present Technical Solutions.
