
Supplemental Health Solutions – Sales Operations Analyst

- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for improving sales operations within the Supplemental Health Solutions division.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sales operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain sales operation processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as a liaison between sales teams and other departments, providing support and addressing any operational challenges.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with sales operations systems and tools, working with IT teams to resolve them.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sales operations and provide recommendations for implementation.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales training programs and materials.
- Prepare and present reports on sales operations performance to senior management.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes.
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop and maintain sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Support the growth of the supplemental health business through data analysis and strategic initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of sales operations strategies and goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales operations processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Operations Or Analytical Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Present Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools, With A Working Knowledge Of Salesforce Or Other Crm Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
