Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sr. New Business Manager to join our team at Cigna. As Sr. New Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the new business development process to support the strategic objectives of the company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing and executing successful new business strategies, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must have a strong understanding of Cigna’s business objectives and be able to effectively evaluate opportunities. You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in sales and business development. Additionally, you should have excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute effective new business strategies to support the company’s strategic objectives • Evaluate new business opportunities to determine their potential for success • Lead the new business development process from start to finish • Research and analyze customer needs and requirements • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners • Prepare detailed presentations and proposals for potential customers • Negotiate and close sales deals • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans • Monitor and report on performance of new business initiatives • Manage customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of new business activities
