As Sr. New Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the new business development process to support the strategic objectives of the company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing and executing successful new business strategies, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must have a strong understanding of Cigna’s business objectives and be able to effectively evaluate opportunities. You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in sales and business development. Additionally, you should have excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
