  1. Lead and manage a team of software engineers responsible for developing and maintaining entity and core software systems for Cigna.
  2. Develop and oversee the implementation of innovative and efficient software engineering processes and methodologies.
  3. Set strategic direction and goals for the team, aligned with overall company objectives.
  4. Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.

  • Extensive Technical Expertise: A Sr. Director Entity & Core Software Engineering At Cigna Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Software Development, Architecture, And Infrastructure. This Includes Hands-On Experience With Programming Languages, Cloud Computing, And Data Management.

  • Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Abilities, Including Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Setting Strategic Direction, And Driving Results.
