  • Extensive Experience In National Account Sales: A Senior Vice President At Cigna Must Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales, With A Focus On National Accounts. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Large National Account Portfolios.

  • Strong Leadership And Strategic Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Leadership Skills And The Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Plans For The National Accounts Business. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Market Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship Building Abilities: As A Key Leader Within The Organization, The Senior Vice President Must Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Clients, Brokers, And Internal Teams.
