  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any network issues or incidents in a timely manner.
  4. Proactively identify potential network issues and implement solutions to prevent them.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new network solutions and upgrades.
  6. Develop and maintain network monitoring policies, procedures, and documentation.
  7. Produce regular reports on network performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network monitoring.
  9. Train and mentor junior network engineers on network monitoring best practices.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates on network performance and any potential issues.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network emergencies as needed.
  12. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for network monitoring and security.
  13. Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline network monitoring processes.

  15. Continuously evaluate and optimize network monitoring tools and systems for better performance and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Network Monitoring And Systems Engineering.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Network Monitoring Tools Such As Solarwinds, Nagios, Or Zabbix.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols, Including Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, And Snmp.

  • Experience With Scripting And Automation Tools, Such As Python Or Ansible, To Automate Network Monitoring Processes And Tasks.
