  1. Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Client Services department.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support on client-related matters.
  3. Develop and implement client service strategies to support the company's mission and goals.
  4. Manage and oversee a team of legal professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback.
  5. Review and negotiate client contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks related to client services.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide proactive legal advice and support.
  8. Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to support client initiatives and ensure legal compliance.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external legal partners.
  10. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, executives, and other stakeholders on legal issues and developments.
  11. Manage and prioritize a high-volume workload, meeting deadlines and effectively managing resources.
  12. Ensure that all client interactions and services align with company values and ethical standards.
  13. Collaborate with other leaders within the company to develop and implement company-wide legal strategies and policies.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on legal matters related to client services.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures within the Client Services department to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience As A Practicing Attorney, With At Least 5 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Particularly In The Areas Of Insurance And Managed Care.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise Between Legal And Business Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Providing Strategic Legal Advice And Guidance To Senior Executives And Managing Complex Legal Matters Within A Corporate Environment.
