- Develop and implement strategy for F5 infrastructure engineering and operations to support Cigna's mission of improving customer health and well-being.
- Lead and manage a team of F5 infrastructure engineers and operations staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the stability, reliability, and scalability of Cigna's F5 infrastructure by monitoring and analyzing system performance, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that align with company goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for adopting new technologies or processes to enhance F5 infrastructure.
- Oversee the budget for F5 infrastructure engineering and operations, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on F5 infrastructure performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for F5 infrastructure engineering and operations processes.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the F5 infrastructure engineering and operations team.
Extensive Experience In Managing F5 Infrastructure Engineering And Operations In A Large-Scale, Complex Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge Of F5 Technologies, Including Load Balancing, Application Delivery Controllers, And Security Solutions.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading A Team Of Engineers In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
