Senior Director, Agile Product Management

The Senior Director, Agile Product Management is responsible for leading the organization's agile product management efforts.Required Qualifications:• 8+ years of experience in product management and/or product development• 5+ years of experience in Agile product management and/or product development• Proven experience leading and managing complex product initiatives• Demonstrated success in developing product strategies and roadmaps• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders in a cross-functional environment• Strong communication and presentation skills• B.A./B.S. degree in business, engineering, or related field

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the organization's agile product management efforts, including developing and implementing strategies and roadmaps to achieve product goals.
2. Manage complex product initiatives from conception to completion.
3. Analyze customer needs and devise strategies to meet them.
4. Identify and assess potential opportunities and risks associated with product initiatives.
5. Develop product features and capabilities that align with customer needs and business objectives.
6. Create product roadmaps, backlogs, sprint plans, and release plans.
7. Monitor and measure product performance and customer feedback.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
9. Research industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
10. Prepare and present product plans and progress updates to stakeholders.
