Salesforce Software Engineering Manager

This person will lead and inspire teams focused on all aspects of our Salesforce platform to drive innovation, quality, and customer excellence. You will lead teams building solutions which enable our organization to make accurate customer-first decisions at every level at the speed business demands. Manage technology development and deliverables by leading a team of engineers focused on Salesforce development, CI/CD pipelines, and full-stack and automation test engineers. Lead and inspire a variety of team members (off/on-shore, local/remove), focused on all aspects of our Salesforce platform to drive innovation, quality, and customer excellence. Lead continuous improvement for engineering practices. Engage and collaborate across agile teams to design, develop, test and implement robust solutions. Balance new technology with proper design, implementation, scalability, maintainability, security, and performance concerns.
