  1. Conduct thorough analysis of current Salesforce platform to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain product roadmap for Salesforce platform, prioritizing enhancements and new features.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to measure performance and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  5. Stay updated on latest Salesforce releases and enhancements, and make recommendations for incorporating them into our platform.
  6. Lead user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end-users.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Salesforce platform.
  8. Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce platform.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
  10. Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of Salesforce platform.
  11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve overall business processes and customer experience.
  12. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of Salesforce enhancements and projects.
  13. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or challenges with Salesforce platform.
  14. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and understanding of requirements.
  15. Contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the Salesforce platform within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience As A Salesforce Product Analyst Or In A Similar Role.

  • Certification In Salesforce Administration Or Salesforce Product Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Platform And Its Capabilities, Including Experience With Salesforce Lightning.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
