  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement in Salesforce products.
  • Utilize analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to Salesforce products.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cigna's business processes and how they align with Salesforce functionality.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce enhancements.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce products, including user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Test and validate new or enhanced Salesforce functionality to ensure it meets business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce products, working closely with technical teams as needed.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce products, providing guidance and support to end users.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the performance of Salesforce products, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Stay current on Salesforce updates and releases, identifying opportunities to leverage new features and functionality to drive business success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Salesforce, Preferably In A Product Analyst Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Platform, Including Apex, Visualforce, And Lightning Components.

  • Experience With Agile Methodology And Project Management.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Needs Into Technical Requirements.
