  1. Primary responsibility for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into Salesforce requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce products.
  4. Develop, test, and implement custom solutions and configurations within Salesforce to meet business needs.
  5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce products and provide guidance and training to team members.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and communicate project updates and progress.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
  10. Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization.
  11. Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback to improve user experience.
  12. Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations for the Salesforce platform.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Salesforce platform in supporting business objectives.
  14. Adhere to data security and compliance policies and procedures in all Salesforce-related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Salesforce Products, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Utilize Data To Inform Decision Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.

  • Salesforce Certifications, Such As Certified Administrator Or Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Are Preferred But Not Required.
