- Develop and implement risk adjustment strategies: The Risk Adjustment Provider Educator Senior Analyst will be responsible for creating and executing risk adjustment strategies to improve healthcare outcomes and drive success for our organization.
- Conduct provider education and training: The candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional education and training to providers on risk adjustment methodologies, coding and documentation requirements, and best practices to ensure accurate reimbursement.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement: Utilizing strong analytical skills, the candidate will analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement in risk adjustment processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams: The candidate will work closely with various teams within the organization, such as data analytics, finance, and medical management, to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize risk adjustment.
- Stay updated on industry changes and regulations: The candidate will stay up-to-date on changes and updates in risk adjustment methodologies, coding guidelines, and regulations to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Analyst, This Individual Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Areas For Improvement In Provider Coding And Documentation Practices. They Should Also Have The Ability To Develop And Implement Solutions To Address Any Identified Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Both Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Providers, To Educate And Train Them On Risk Adjustment Processes. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Convey Information And Build Relationships With These Stakeholders.
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Or Insurance Setting: A Background In Healthcare Or Insurance Is Highly Preferred For This Role, As It Requires An Understanding Of The Industry And Its Processes. Previous Experience Working With Risk Adjustment Programs And/Or Provider Education Is Also A Plus.
