  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the pharmacy and EAP departments to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings within the pharmacy and EAP programs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new programs and initiatives that drive operational excellence.
  4. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of pharmacy and EAP programs and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on pharmacy and EAP policies, procedures, and regulations.
  6. Lead the development and management of RFPs (Request for Proposals) for pharmacy and EAP services.
  7. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure the best value and quality for pharmacy and EAP services.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment and support for pharmacy and EAP initiatives.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pharmacy and EAP to continuously improve and enhance our programs.
  10. Train and educate team members and stakeholders on pharmacy and EAP programs and processes.
  11. Provide recommendations and guidance to senior management on ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of pharmacy and EAP programs.
  12. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall success of the organization.
  13. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to pharmacy and EAP programs.
  14. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges in pharmacy and EAP operations and work towards finding solutions.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and engagement with pharmacy and EAP programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmacy And Employee Assistance Programs (Eap) Consulting, Preferably Within A Healthcare Or Insurance Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Rfp Strategies For Pharmacy And Eap Services.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
