Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Registered Nurse License From The State In Which They Will Be Practicing Nursing.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Required For This Position. A Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field Is Preferred.

  • Experience In Value-Based Care: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Value-Based Care Models And Their Application In Healthcare. Previous Experience In This Area Is Highly Preferred.

  • Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Will Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Registered Nurse In A Clinical Setting. Previous Experience In Case Management Or Care Coordination Is A Plus.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Registered Nurse In A Value-Based Care Role, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Providers, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
