  1. Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain relationships with top consulting firms.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for consulting firms, serving as a liaison between Cigna and our partners.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and strategic partnerships.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform partnership strategies.
  5. Effectively communicate Cigna's value proposition and key differentiators to consulting firms.
  6. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with consulting firms.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cigna's products, services, and solutions.
  8. Monitor and track performance metrics to measure the success of consultant relationships and partnerships.
  9. Represent Cigna at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and building connections with potential partners.
  10. Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  11. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the consulting industry.
  12. Continuously seek out and pursue new opportunities for partnership and business growth.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  15. Embody Cigna's core values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Consultant Relations Or Business Development Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Employee Benefits Market, Specifically In The Regional Area.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Consultants And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Strategic Plans To Drive Business Growth And Increase Market Share.
