- Develop and manage rebate forecasting models and tools to support business decision-making.
- Analyze and interpret rebate data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely rebate data reporting.
- Monitor and track rebate performance against forecast and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support rebate strategy and initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and improve rebate processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate forecast results and insights to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to rebate forecasting and data analytics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support rebate forecasting and analytics efforts.
- Train and mentor team members on rebate forecasting techniques and tools.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to rebate forecasting and analytics.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Rebate Forecasting And Analytics, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Insurance Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Sas, Or R.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Rebate Programs And Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Various Stakeholders.
