  1. Develop and implement advanced rebate forecasting models to accurately predict and track rebate expenses.
  2. Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns in rebate data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, including claims, contracts, and financial reports.
  4. Communicate complex data and analysis findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of rebate forecasting models, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
  6. Provide recommendations for process improvements and strategies to optimize rebate forecasting and analysis.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in rebate forecasting and analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  8. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of rebate expenses.
  9. Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand customer needs and provide data-driven insights to support contract negotiations.
  10. Contribute to the development of rebate pricing strategies by providing accurate and timely rebate forecasts.
  11. Adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements in all aspects of rebate forecasting and analytics.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on rebate forecasting and analytics, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Data Analysis Or Forecasting Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing Accurate And Reliable Forecasting Models And Reports.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Key Trends And Insights.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Claims Data And Experience Working With Rebate Programs Is Preferred.
