- Develop and implement comprehensive QA and testing strategies and processes to ensure high-quality and reliable software solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of QA and testing analysts to ensure efficient and effective delivery of testing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand project requirements and define testing criteria.
- Design and execute test plans and test cases to verify the functionality, performance, and usability of software applications.
- Identify, report, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve and optimize QA and testing processes by identifying areas for automation, streamlining workflows, and implementing industry best practices.
- Mentor and train team members on testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in testing methodologies to incorporate into our processes.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project stakeholders and management.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Testing Methodologies And Processes: A Qa & Testing Lead Analyst At Cigna Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Testing Techniques And Approaches, Including Manual And Automated Testing, To Ensure High-Quality Software Delivery.
Experience With Test Management Tools: Cigna Requires Candidates For This Role To Be Proficient In Using Test Management Tools, Such As Hp Alm Or Jira, To Create And Execute Test Plans, Track Defects, And Generate Reports.
