As the Provider Relations Lead Analyst at Cigna, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our provider network. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and help us maintain strong relationships with our network of healthcare providers.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers in the Cigna network.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for providers and act as a liaison between providers and Cigna.
  3. Monitor and analyze provider performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance provider satisfaction and retention.
  5. Conduct regular meetings and trainings with providers to ensure understanding of Cigna policies and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes that may impact the provider network.
  7. Investigate and resolve any provider-related issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for network growth and optimization.
  9. Develop and maintain provider policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities within provider relations.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives and projects related to provider relations.
  12. Continuously monitor and assess the provider network to ensure it meets the needs of Cigna and its members.
  13. Participate in industry conferences and events to represent Cigna and network with potential new providers.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on provider relations and keep abreast of changes and updates in the healthcare industry.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the provider relations department by providing input and feedback on processes and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Provider Relations Or Healthcare Contracting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Provider Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers And Internal Stakeholders.
