4. Serve as the primary point of contact for all provider product-related inquiries and escalations.
5. Conduct market research and gather feedback from providers to inform product development decisions.
6. Work closely with the development team to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
7. Monitor and analyze product performance, including sales, revenue, and customer feedback, and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure products meet all necessary requirements.

14. Represent Cigna at industry conferences and events to promote our provider products and services.
