Provider Performance Enablement Advisor

Cigna is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Provider Performance Enablement Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and a commitment to helping Cigna’s provider networks deliver the highest quality of care for our customers.The Provider Performance Enablement Advisor will serve as a key player in Cigna’s efforts to improve provider performance and ensure that providers are delivering the highest quality of care to our customers. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve performance, developing action plans to address issues, and providing ongoing support to providers.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare, public health, business, etc.) with at least 3 years of experience in the provider performance field. This individual should also have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Identify opportunities to improve provider performance and develop action plans to address any issues.
2. Support providers in delivering the highest quality of care to Cigna customers.
3. Communicate effectively with providers and other stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met.
4. Monitor provider performance to ensure that standards are being met.
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve provider performance.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cigna’s provider network, policies, and procedures.
7. Provide support and guidance to providers as needed.
8. Analyze data to uncover trends and areas of improvement.
9. Assist in the development of new training materials and processes pertaining to provider performance.
10. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
