  1. Develop visually appealing designs for a variety of internal marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media graphics, email campaigns, print collateral, and presentations.
  2. Collaborate with the internal marketing team to understand project objectives and effectively translate them into creative designs.
  3. Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company's mission and values.
  4. Utilize strategic thinking to create designs that resonate with the target audience and achieve the desired goals.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of designs.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  7. Work closely with other team members, including copywriters and project managers, to ensure a cohesive and consistent message and design across all materials.
  8. Use feedback and constructive criticism to make necessary revisions and improvements to designs.
  9. Maintain organized files and assets for efficient and effective retrieval and usage in future projects.
  10. Collaborate with external printing vendors to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.
  11. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to data privacy and security.
  12. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the internal marketing agency.
  14. Exhibit a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout, and apply them to all designs.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador by consistently representing the company's brand in all designs and communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Production Design Role Within A Marketing Or Advertising Agency.

  • Proficient In Adobe Creative Suite, Particularly Indesign, Photoshop, And Illustrator.

  • Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Ability To Apply Them To Various Mediums, Including Print, Digital, And Social Media.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
