  1. Develop and execute product strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Cigna's overall business objectives and meets the needs of our customers.
  2. Drive innovation: Continuously identify and evaluate new market trends, technologies, and customer needs to drive innovation and ensure that our products remain competitive in the healthcare industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support for our products.
  4. Lead product development: Oversee the development of new products and enhancements, from ideation to launch, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  5. Conduct market research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and development.
  6. Manage product lifecycle: Monitor the performance of existing products in the market and make recommendations for enhancements or retirement based on customer feedback and market trends.
  7. Develop and manage budgets: Create and manage product budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, to ensure financial goals are met.
  8. Ensure regulatory compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure that all products are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Mentor and develop team members: Provide guidance and support to junior product management team members, helping to develop their skills and knowledge.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders: Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales teams, and customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
