In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that support our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services to our members. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Cigna's pharmacy and care delivery initiatives and ensure clear and consistent messaging across various channels.   1. Develop and execute strategic communication plans to support the mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services to Cigna's members.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Cigna's pharmacy and care delivery initiatives and ensure clear and consistent messaging across various channels.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic communications counsel and guidance.
  4. Use your excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex healthcare information to various audiences.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare communications to continually improve and enhance Cigna's messaging.
  6. Develop relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information and insights to inform communications strategies.
  7. Write, edit, and review a variety of communication materials, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content.
  8. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communications strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Serve as a brand ambassador for Cigna's pharmacy and care delivery initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all communications.
  10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  11. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to communicate and engage with Cigna's members and stakeholders.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare communications, providing guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Communications, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare And Pharmacy Landscape, Including Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Trends.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Various Stakeholders.

  • Experience Developing And Executing Strategic Communication Plans To Support Business Objectives.
