Cigna is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operating Effectiveness Advisor to join our team. As an Operating Effectiveness Advisor, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing operational improvements to drive business success. We are looking for someone with a strong background in process improvement and project management, excellent communication skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.   1. Identify areas for improvement: The Operating Effectiveness Advisor will be responsible for identifying areas within the organization where processes can be improved to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements: This role will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Conduct process analysis: The Operating Effectiveness Advisor will conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to understand pain points and areas for improvement.
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams: This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, collaborate on improvement initiatives, and drive implementation.
  5. Project management: The Operating Effectiveness Advisor will be responsible for managing projects related to process improvements, including creating project plans, setting timelines, and ensuring timely completion.
  6. Monitor and report progress: This role will monitor the progress of process improvement initiatives and report on key metrics to track success and identify areas for further improvement.
  7. Communicate effectively: The Operating Effectiveness Advisor will be responsible for effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices: This role will stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to process improvement and operational efficiency, and incorporate them into the organization's processes.
  9. Drive a culture of continuous improvement: The Operating Effectiveness Advisor will play a key role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  10. Ensure compliance: This role will ensure that all process improvements are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Or Operational Effectiveness Roles.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, And Employee Relations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Improving Processes And Driving Operational Efficiencies Within A Large Organization.
