  1. Provide personalized guidance and resources to employees to support their overall wellbeing.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with employees to understand their individual needs and goals.
  3. Use problem-solving skills to address and resolve any challenges or barriers employees may face in achieving their health goals.
  4. Utilize strong knowledge and background in health and wellness to educate and empower employees to make positive lifestyle changes.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the wellness team to develop and implement effective wellness initiatives and programs.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current health and wellness trends, research, and best practices to continually improve the wellbeing program.
  7. Act as a positive role model and advocate for healthy behaviors and a balanced lifestyle.
  8. Communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels, including providing regular updates and feedback on program progress.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations when working with employee health information.
  10. Support a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting and encouraging participation in wellbeing initiatives.
  11. Act as a liaison between employees and external wellness resources, such as healthcare providers or community organizations.
  12. Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the wellbeing program and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to health and wellness.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the wellbeing program by actively promoting and encouraging participation and engagement.
  15. Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to promoting a happier, healthier workforce.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Health Promotion, Public Health, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Wellness Or Health Coaching Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Health And Wellness Principles And Ability To Apply Them In A Corporate Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Motivate Individuals.

  • Certification In Wellness Coaching, Health Education, Or A Related Field Is Preferred.
