  1. Lead a team of nurse case managers to ensure high-quality and efficient care for Cigna's members.
  2. Mentor and train new case managers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  3. Utilize clinical expertise to review and assess member cases and develop effective care plans.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and resources to coordinate and optimize member care.
  5. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing improvement strategies as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in case management and incorporate them into team processes and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, providers, and other internal teams.
  8. Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement interventions to enhance member outcomes.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the overall health and well-being of Cigna's members through innovative and proactive approaches.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field

  • Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Case Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Insurance Setting

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Cms Guidelines And Hipaa

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Identify Trends And Make Strategic Decisions.
