Network Strategy Senior Advisor

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute on Cigna's network strategy
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful implementation of network strategy
3. Analyze and understand healthcare trends and the impact on Cigna's network strategy
4. Research and review provider networks to identify new opportunities and potential improvements
5. Develop reports and presentations on network strategy and healthcare trends for internal and external stakeholders
6. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of projects
7. Monitor and evaluate network performance and make improvements as needed
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external providers to ensure Cigna's network is up-to-date and functioning properly
9. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and other stakeholders
10. Effectively communicate Cigna's network strategy to internal and external stakeholders
