  1. Monitor and analyze network performance to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.

  3. Troubleshoot and resolve network problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Develop and maintain network monitoring tools and processes to ensure the smooth functioning of network operations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new network solutions and upgrades.
  6. Perform regular audits to ensure network compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  7. Create and maintain documentation of network processes, procedures, and configurations.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in network technology to continuously improve network performance.
  9. Provide timely and accurate reports and insights on network performance to management and other stakeholders.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in network operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Network Operations Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Infrastructure, Including Lan/Wan, Routers, Switches, And Firewalls.

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Network Analysts.

  • Familiarity With Industry Best Practices And Standards, Such As Itil And Iso 27001.
