  • Monitor and analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive results

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with network providers, negotiating contracts and managing performance to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services for Cigna's customers
  • Develop and manage budgets for network management operations

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on network management performance
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of network management operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Network Management, Preferably In A Large-Scale Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure, Including Lan/Wan, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, And Load Balancers.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Mentor And Develop Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
