  1. Develop and implement network strategies to improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare for Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange members.
  2. Conduct research and gather data on healthcare providers to identify potential network partnerships and opportunities.
  3. Negotiate contracts with healthcare providers to ensure favorable terms and rates for our members.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze network data, identify trends, and make recommendations for network improvements.
  5. Communicate regularly with healthcare providers to maintain relationships and address any issues or concerns.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange programs.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new programs and initiatives to enhance the network.
  8. Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on network management and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  10. Proactively identify and address any potential network barriers or challenges that may impact the quality and accessibility of healthcare for our members.
  11. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the network and its benefits to potential members and healthcare providers.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation and records of network activities and contracts.
  13. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed about best practices and new developments in network management.
  14. Advocate for the needs of our members and ensure that network strategies align with our mission to provide affordable and comprehensive healthcare services.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve network processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Medicare, Medicaid, And Exchange Programs: A Network Advisor At Centene Medicare, Medicaid & Exchange Must Have A Strong Understanding Of These Government-Sponsored Healthcare Programs And Their Regulations.

  • Experience In Network Development And Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Developing And Managing Healthcare Provider Networks, Including Negotiating Contracts And Maintaining Relationships With Providers.

  • Understanding Of Market Trends And Competition: The Network Advisor Should Be Well-Versed In The Healthcare Industry And Have A Deep Understanding Of Market Trends And Competition In Order To Make Informed Decisions For Centene Medicare, Medicaid & Exchange.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Patterns And Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Network Performance And Efficiency.
