  1. Develop and implement network access strategies to expand and maintain a robust network of healthcare providers for Cigna members.
  2. Foster and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care for Cigna members.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network gaps and opportunities.
  4. Analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive network growth and enhance member satisfaction.
  5. Lead and manage a team of network access professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on network access and provider relations, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Negotiate contracts and reimbursement rates with healthcare providers to ensure competitive and cost-effective network solutions.
  8. Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing proactive solutions to enhance provider satisfaction and member experience.
  9. Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact network access, and develop strategies to address them.
  10. Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement initiatives that support Cigna's overall business objectives.
  11. Represent Cigna at industry events and conferences to promote our network access strategies and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  12. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities related to network access to senior leadership.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to provider contracting and network management.
  14. Demonstrate a commitment to Cigna's mission and values, promoting a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Network Management, Preferably With A Focus On National Provider Networks.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Reimbursement Models.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers At All Levels.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience, Including Managing A Team And Driving Strategic Initiatives.
