- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of Medicare technology systems.
- Utilize strong understanding of observability and alerting principles to develop and maintain an efficient and effective observability and alerting system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the observability and alerting capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to observability and alerting processes and procedures.
- Train and support team members on observability and alerting tools and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of observability and alerting efforts.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of the Medicare technology operations by identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements related to healthcare technology.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the smooth functioning of observability and alerting systems.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the observability and alerting processes.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence within the Medicare technology operations team.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Technology Operations Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Expertise In Observability And Alerting Tools Such As Splunk, Datadog, Or New Relic.
Strong Understanding Of Medicare Systems And Regulations.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
