Cigna is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Medicare Technology Operations - Agile Product Manager Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance the Medicare experience for our members. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Agile methodology, product management, and healthcare operations.   1. Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions aimed at improving healthcare for Medicare beneficiaries.
  2. Utilize Agile methodology to drive the product development process and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business partners, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements.
  5. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  6. Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  7. Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks or issues.
  8. Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  9. Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product functionality.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Agile methodology, product management, and healthcare operations.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicare technology solutions and provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
  13. Act as an advocate for Medicare beneficiaries, ensuring their needs and preferences are represented in product development.
  14. Participate in meetings and workshops to gather requirements and gather feedback on product prototypes.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to streamline product development and enhance efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management And Analysis In An Agile Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Medicare Regulations And Policies.

  • Experience With Medicare Technology Systems And Operations, Including Claims Processing And Member Enrollment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Communicate Business Needs And Requirements To Technical Teams.
