- Support Medicare provider network: The primary responsibility of this role is to support Cigna's Medicare provider network by ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations: The Senior Advisor will be responsible for staying up-to-date with all Medicare regulations and processes to ensure compliance and avoid any potential legal issues.
- Provide exceptional service: The Senior Advisor will be expected to deliver exceptional service to Cigna's Medicare members and providers by addressing their concerns and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze data: The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing data related to Medicare provider network performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies: The Senior Advisor will work with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Cigna's Medicare provider network.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: This role requires collaborating with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Medicare Provider Support Or Healthcare Consulting Role.
Strong Understanding Of Medicare Regulations And Policies, Including Experience With Medicare Advantage And/Or Part D Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Project Management And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Provider Support Programs.
